Step 1: Your own sales agent

We personally guide you as a sales agent throughout the entire process.

Step 2: A personal conversation

We discuss your wishes and our working method during the sales process. For example, we discuss the asking price versus the sales price, the sales strategy and the presentation of the home.

Step 3: Action plan

Based on the personal conversation, we draw up an action plan, which we discuss. After approval, you provide the relevant documentation, after which the process starts.

Step 4: Your home for sale

We present your home on Funda, our own website, in a brochure and in our shop window. Early in the sales process, potential buyers are tipped off about the availability of your home and during the sales process, attention is paid to your home on social media. Our real estate agent coordinates all viewings and provides feedback on what viewers thought of the home.

Our broker receives offers and conducts negotiations with potential buyers. Once a sales price has been agreed, our estate agent will draw up the deed of sale and associated documents. The sales process of your home is supervised from A to Z, including the final inspection and notarial transfer of your home.

A new home, exciting!

The search for an ideal home is exciting and intensive at the same time. What should you pay attention to? As a purchasing agent, we always accompany you to viewings. You are never alone. We also check the documents, for example from the land registry, the owners' association and the contracts. Finally, we will accompany you to the notary to sign the deed of sale.
